Signs and Symptoms of Exposure:

Eyes—Can cause irritation, redness, tearing.

Skin—Prolonged or repeated contact can cause irritation, defatting, dermatitis..

Inhalation— Excessive inhalation can cause dizziness, nausea, headache.

Ingestion—Can cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea..

EyesWash eyes immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention.

Skin—Wash skin soap and water.  Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. 

Inhalation—Remove individual to fresh air at once.  If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.  If breathing has stopped give artificial respiration, get medical attention.

Small spills-absorb with absorbent and transfer to containers.  Large spills- stop spill at source, dike area of spill to prevent spreading, pump liquid to salvage tank.  Remaining liquid may be taken up on absorbent as shoveled into containers.

Waste Disposal Method – Dispose of residue in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Precautions to be Taken in Handling and Storing –

Keep containers closed.  Keep away from ignition sources.  Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
