Signs and symptoms of Exposure: Eyes—Contact with the eyes may result in severe irritation and permanent injury may occur. Skin— Liquid is corrosive to
eyes and skin. Call physician for burns or if irritation persists. Inhalation—Inhalation of mists can damage upper respiratory tract. Can cause severe irritation to the nose and nasal passages and lungs. May enter the bloodstream and cause damage to other organs. Ingestion—Ingestion may cause severe irritation or burns of the mucous membranes of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach. Ingestion can cause severe abdominal distress and may be fatal. |

Emergency and First Aid Procedures. Eyes—Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. Get immediate medial attention. Skin—Remove contaminated
clothing and shoes. Wash with soap and water. Inhalation—Remove to fresh air. If breathing has stopped, give artificial respiration. Get medical attention. Ingestion—Call a physician immediately! Do not induce vomiting. Give 1-2 glasses of water to dilute, follow with egg whites or mineral oil. If vomiting occurs spontaneously, keep head below hips to prevent aspiration of liquid into the lungs. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get immediate medical attention. |

Steps to be Taken in Case Material is Released or Spilled. Small Spills— Flush area with water to an industrial
sewer line. Large Spills—
Contain spill and ventilate area.
Permit only trained personnel wearing full protective equipment to
enter spill area. Collect the spill in
a waste container or remove with a vacuum truck. Dispose of in a certified
class one disposal facility. |

accordance with federal, state and local regulations. |
